Above and Beyond I scheduled an oil change and when I picked my car up, noticed several small scratches on the hood. I honestly do not know if they were there before I brought the car in or not. The manager did not argue with me about it; he offered to have them buffed out. They even came and picked up my car, did the work and returned it to me, washed and shiney! I have told this story to many people because I think it is a great example of doing whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Thanks Dane, you represent your company well! More

It's been a long time I haven't had the need to buy a vehicle for more than 10 years. Being a single parent, you don't want to spend any money you don't need to. However, my truck has gotten to the point where it can't be my main vehicle anymore. I did tons of research online and the Honda Accord was always on the top of my list in all categories. I also know that Luther Honda partners with the Big Brother's Big Sister's which my girls and I are very involved in so I felt a lot better knowing that I'm supporting a local business who also supports such an amazing organization and cares about the community. I was nervous and stressed but my salesperson Jamie was wonderfully patient and listened to me babble on and on while I was trying to get through my nervousness. She was great and knowledgeable and I felt NO pressure. After meeting with her I was able to leave and think about my decision without feeling guilty or obligated in any way. Everyone I encountered there was very nice and wanted to help. I was walked through both the purchase and lease options, getting all my questions answered and was allowed to chose the option that worked best for my current situation. Being a woman, we run into situations where we feel intimidated and pressured to do things that maybe we don't want to do because at times it may appear we can be easily swayed but I was treated as an equal here and that means more to me than anything else. I do have to mention too that the car is amazing and I'm very happy I chose a Honda Accord. I will definitely be returning in a few years when I need another vehicle as I have 2 daughters who will be driving in the next 2-4 yrs. Thank you Luther Honda and Jamie for everything you do and for being aware of the importance of the customer's experience when making a big decision like this. More

Luther has been my sole service provider since I leased a 2013 Honda Pilot from them last spring. When you arrive, the service advisors at Luther Honda of St Cloud will take you out to your vehicle and perform a little walk-around inspection and ask if you have any questions - a great opportunity for a one-on-one talk with the advisor and no distractions. Casey Van Dorn was the first advisor I had, and my last two service experiences have been with Mike Arko - they are patient listeners, genuinely concerned that they answer your questions and provide quality service. My most recent visit was for a small warranty issue (window channel) and some paint that was flaking/chipping away between the front molded bumper covering and the fender. Window channel done - no problem. Paint issue addressed and touched up - however, Honda declined to warranty the paint, but Mike and the Service Department at Luther covered the repair at no cost to me! I happened to be in the market to replace my vehicle due to hitting a deer. When you are forced to look for a car and not being ready it is overwhelming. Travis M had my interests at heart! He listened to our needs and let us test drive many cars, even "closing" the place down on a Friday night! After much discussion and deliberation Travis M and our finance wizard Dan L answered every question I had and that Friday night I drove home in a newly leased CR-V. Together, we discovered this was the best route for me! Travis M is very enthusiastic about cars, I would say his first love is VW and yet he knew Honda inside and out which helped me make a decision.
