Great experience I came to Luther Honda because of Dan Lochner and a previous excellent experience I had purchasing a car through him. I wasn't disappointed the second time - Dan (now in finance) took great care to introduce me to Wes David and Adam Schlichting who provided excellent customer service. I met Wes during my first visit and then Adam on my second visit (and Wes again when I picked up my new car) - both are great at what they do, and were very patient in answering my many questions. Dan also introduced me to Erik Forsberg who facilitated locating a CRV with the preferences I was looking for and had the car transferred to the St. Cloud location from Rochester, MN for upgrades. Today I drove from the Honda lot with my new 2014 CRV AWD and am a very satisfied customer. I want to thank Dan, Wes, Adam S. and Erik for all of their help and support in making this a very satisfying experience. I will definitely recommend Luther Honda, St. Cloud to my family and friends. I always pay my bills but since I retired a few years ago and my income dropped and my credit score is just average. In just two business days they had me hooked up with a lease on a 2008 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic with less than 15000 miles on it .... I rode it home yesterday, in the rain grinning from ear to ear . Small down payment and payments lower than an outright purchase..... plus because it is a LEASE it comes with a full extended warranty for all the major systems on the bike. If you know anything about Harleys... a hundred thousand + miles is very common . The bike looks like new, rides like new and is protected like new ... can't beat that with a stick. Evan, Paul and the finance gal Paige made this whole thing painless and I highly recommend this dealership and the lease program to everyone .... even those with 5 star credit scores. More

New lifetime customer About eight months ago was the first time I visited your dealership because my normal parts store didn't have the part I needed. A young man by the n About eight months ago was the first time I visited your dealership because my normal parts store didn't have the part I needed. A young man by the name of Dan Fruechte who works in your parts area assisted me in finding parts for my 1985 Honda Civic. I don't know the name of car parts very well, but I was immediately amazed at his knowledge of the car and how he knew what each part was that I was after by a simple description. He was very courteous and spent time to give me knowledge of the part and how it worked. I ended up going back the same week needing another part, once again I got to work with Dan. After another great experience, I decided to just work with Dan for parts of my families 5 Honda's that we have for me, my wife, and kids. I will never go back to another parts store or dealer. From a 1985 Civic to a 2009 Accord, I will always get my parts from Dan. His business card sits in my wallet and I've given a few to friends that have Honda's. I've visited many dealerships over the years and gotten parts elsewhere, but Dan has changed this and I will always get my parts from him at your dealership. As he told me when I complemented him this past week- his goal is to get the right part the first time and to create less trips for the customer so their car can stay on the road longer using Honda parts. I'm now on probably my close to 10th visit with him and I'm never let down by the experience or over abundance of knowledge he has. More
