We took it for a spin and he talked me through features/highlights of the 2014 Honda Oddessy. He was efficient and friendly and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want. I think he picked up on the fact that I wanted what I wanted and I'm the type of person who can be annoyed by pushy sales people (as I am one myself!) He gave me exactly what I wanted! Would definitely recommend friends to him. Dan knew I was crunched for time when sitting with me on the finance piece, he worked quickly to get me in and out. Was very pleased. More

Scott Kennedy (sales) took care of everything regarding the car...and Mark handled all the finance with my bank. Everything, I mean everything, was professional and well done. I'd asked to have the car delivered: they did! HUGE BONUS! Scott drove it up and took my trade home. The car: impeccable. Just as advertised and pictured! I'm thrilled. We were into Honda House on 3/4/14 for service of our '12 Pilot. The pilot had a slight vibration and drone noise when the vehicle entered ECO mode. We were told by the service department that this is co '12 Pilot. The pilot had a slight vibration and drone noise when the vehicle entered ECO mode. We were told by the service department that this is common in Pilots and is just a "characteristic of the vehicle". Knowing that vibration is death to engines I asked if I could speak to a sales representative as the salesman we had spoke purchased from was out of the office. I was led to Wes David. Wes was very nice, assured me and my wife he would get us out of the car and into something else as we were not happy and they wanted to keep our business "we want you guys to buy many cars from us, not just one." we were told. We told Wes that we were unable to take a loss on our 7 month old Pilot and if we could just trade it out we would be happy. He assured us if we wait for his buyer to find a vehicle we could do just that keeping our payment the same. We got the call that the buyer had located a 4runner for us and that we should come in and have a look at it. Drove the 4runner, everything seemed great. I even had a feeling of wow, dealerships really aren't the horror stories you hear of, then Wes brought out the paperwork. Remind you Wes said he was going to "work with us, help us get into a vehicle we wanted" On our first visit Wes told us we would have to find something in the $25k range as that was near what we owed and approximate what he could swap for. I was sitting at Wes' desk when the buyer walked up and told us he had found a 4runner that would fit perfect for $25K. Wes said excellent, "buy it for them." They came back, Pilot looks great, (we only put 7k miles on since purchased) Our current payment was $385/month, Wes then came with a $20k offer for trade in and a sticker price of 29,995 on the 4runner. Wes' used 4runner was going to end up having us up near $495/month. When my wife and I said whoa what's going on we received a mere shrug of the shoulders and I know I said what I said but its not working out. We then met with the sales manager Steve Walsh, he offered an additional 2k for the trade in but no discount on the price of the 4runner. I told Steve and Wes confirmed in front of him that we were told the purchase price of the 4runner was 25 and they would help us out on the trade a bit more. Steve just sat in the chair, diverting questions. Steve kept asking if we would just see what the bank had to say first, not realizing that it was spiraling out of control. I highly recommend finding a different car lot to buy your vehicles from used or new. The powersports guys there are great. This dealership lacks integrity and values of what a customers dollar is worth. We were offered the standard price of our vehicle and an inflated price of the vehicle they were trying to sell us. I got the feeling that this is a dealership that is interested in one sale at a high price, not many sales a good prices. Go somewhere you will be appreciated and when someone says they will do something for you they do it. That's integrity and apparently it runs thin a Honda House St Cloud. More
