After having a horrible experience at a different dealership I have to admit I came in to Luther with the iron gloves on. However, Dan Lochner, not only treated me with great respect but he also hel dealership I have to admit I came in to Luther with the iron gloves on. However, Dan Lochner, not only treated me with great respect but he also helped me to find the specific vehicle we were looking for and he did it Johnny on the spot for me. Not only did I get the same vehicle i wanted to buy at a previous dealership but he found me one with LESS miles and I think he did a great job helping to get me the vehicle in the price range i needed. I feel this dealership is very trustworthy. They listen, they are respectful, and they know what customer service is. They don't railroad you. They just listen and help. It is for those reasons that I will be returning six months from now to try trading my current vehicle for another and i plan to only be doing business with Luther and will probably be asking for the same salesman. I know their job is to sell but i feel like i got a say in my purchase and they will have our return business.
