Wonderful experience Being new to the area,this was my first visit.I had some work done on my Civic and was extremely pleased with the service.Dane Fransen was friendly an Being new to the area,this was my first visit.I had some work done on my Civic and was extremely pleased with the service.Dane Fransen was friendly and helpful.I especially appreciated the honesty he showed.My engine light had appeared and was showing up as "check emission".Dane said that,when checked,the part was fine and didn't need replacing.I was also getting a "low tire pressure" reading and when checked the tires were okay and just needed air.I was not charged for that,either.Since it was so cold outside they weren't able to wash the car,but Dane gave me a coupon for a free wash which I can redeem later.Overall a very pleasant experience.Dane Fransen is especially to be commended;his service was outstanding ! More

Sub-par customer service experience yesterday I've normally experienced PHENOMENAL customer service at this location, mostly from a female front desk staff person in the service dept whose name I I've normally experienced PHENOMENAL customer service at this location, mostly from a female front desk staff person in the service dept whose name I can't recall but, no joke, has provided the BEST customer service I've received anywhere, in any industry, not just automotive. Which is partly why yesterday's experience with Casey Van Dorn was so disappointing/ sub-par. I dropped my car off at my 8:30am appointment time on a Saturday for what I was told would be a 2-hour, $200+ interval service. I said I'd be running errands and wouldn't be back til the afternoon so we agreed on 2:30pm as the pick-up time. At 2pm I retrieved a voicemail from Casey that I had to listen to 3x to get all the details of - he was talking way too fast and clearly just trying to get thru the call to get on with other things. It's a busy Saturday before the holidays, I get it. I called back, left him a vm, and when he called back just a few minutes later he explained the additional recommended services, which I declined. He said he would TEXT when my car was ready. I figured fine, that's kind of inconvenient when my car's already been there for almost 6 hours for a 2 hour service that we previously agreed would be done at 2:30pm. But I'll wait for the text. By 4:15pm I still hadn't received the text he said he would send so I called and it went to vm. By now I'm getting irritated and annoyed at being kept in the dark and having to try and track someone down to get an answer that should've just been reiterated in the first call: your car will be done at 2:30, we'll see you then. I looked online and Google shows this Luther location being open til 5pm so I decided to leave to get my car which surely had to be done after 8 hrs. Arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm to find the service dept had closed at 4pm and would not be open tomorrow /Sunday, meaning it would be Mon after work before I could get back to get my car. Now I'm pissed. When I finally get inside to the main dealership lobby, which is apparently what Google knows is open til 5pm, I find Corey "CJ" Jansky who wastes no times in making calls to track down my ppwk, finding an employee to help ring up the sale and in short, providing the kind of customer service I've come to expect here. He took responsibility in fixing a problem he didn't create and wasn't aware of til I walked thru the door. I feel this is the level of customer service I've come to expect at Luther and that you expect your employees to exemplify because with all the options of where I could get my car serviced, it really comes down to how the customer is treated: if I'm going to experience a Jiffy-Lube-level of customer service I might as well go there and only pay Jiffy Lube type prices. At 7:30 this morning I did eventually find the EMAIL that was sent yesterday at 2:30pm and was in my junk folder saying my car was ready to be picked up but which instructed me to TEXT 45 min before coming to get my car (but no number given). NOPE! This is a ridiculous way to run what should be a very straight-forward point-of-sale operation. If I have to jump thru this many hoops, I'm going elsewhere to have my car serviced. More

It’s nice to be able to use a loaner vehicle while mine is getting fixed, it’s amazing how every time it is a new HRV or CRV, I think it is a ploy so that I might buy a new vehicle. Sneaky. LOL More
