Good customer service, good experience When I purchased my CRV, I agreed to have the "Minnesota Package" service agreement put on it and because I had to leave it there for a week, the fina When I purchased my CRV, I agreed to have the "Minnesota Package" service agreement put on it and because I had to leave it there for a week, the finance guy (Ricky?) had promised I could have a loaner car. Dane called me a day or so later...he set up my appointment and double checked on the loaner car. He and I texted back & forth before I came back to pick it up and I let him know about a couple more things I wanted. When I got there, he had everything organized. COMPLAINED THAT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM BROUGHT ME TO YOUR OLD ADDRESS AND CAUSED ME TO BE 45 MINUTES LATE, STACEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE PROBLEM AND WOULD COMPLAINED THAT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM BROUGHT ME TO YOUR OLD ADDRESS AND CAUSED ME TO BE 45 MINUTES LATE, STACEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE PROBLEM AND WOULD TELL MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE PROBLEM. Dane helped us detect the problem and then went above and beyond by coming out to Becker to jump our car Our 2018 CRV has a dead battery at our home. Dane helped us detect the problem and then went above and beyond by coming out to Becker to jump our car and leave a jump pack for the morning - we think on his own time. We brought it in for service the next Morning and the guys there were also helpful -don’t recall the names sorry. Our loaner was fine -car was repaired within the time indicated -less than 2 hours. Experience with Honda service I am being told by Honda to replace my struts and I cannot afford to right now but I was not given any other options as that is the problem. I felt a I am being told by Honda to replace my struts and I cannot afford to right now but I was not given any other options as that is the problem. I felt a bit pressured to get that service done. I know it needs to be done but how can it be im the yellow 3,000 miles ago and now its in the red and needs to be replaced? I had a great experience with Stacy she was great about explaining it to me and everything I just felt like I had to have it done and that caused me to step back and wait and do it later. More
