It was a decent experience. I had to go back a second time because the scheduler didn't know that an electric vehicle required a certain technician to do the maintenance. So I drove there on my schedule time because the scheduler didn't know that an electric vehicle required a certain technician to do the maintenance. So I drove there on my scheduled date and the technician with the certifications wasn't working. So I had to reschedule and go back. This is a small thing and is easily fixable by training. Also, this speaks to the lack of electric vehicles in Minnesota, haha. I'll definitely go back. It would have been nice to have a more detailed explanation on what they tested in terms of the battery. So I have no idea if it's good/bad/or some other variation. More

We had a wonderful experience working with Helton in Sales and Don in Finance. Helton gave us super helpful information and insight on buying a used car.
