They did the work, which failed again on a 18 hour road trip. They also falsely wrote on the receipt that they contacted me and I stated everything was working, which did not happen. Took my Touareg in for maintenance and tires and received great service. But the next day my Check Engine light suddenly turned on so I brought it back. They thought they found the issue and repaired (anothe great service. But the next day my Check Engine light suddenly turned on so I brought it back. For the first time in six W leases, "VW Care" was not included in the lease. No one asked if I wanted it, no one asked me to opt out of it. Now I have to pay for all routine servicing, something I neve included in the lease. No one asked if I wanted it, no one asked me to opt out of it. Now I have to pay for all routine servicing, something I never did before. Hats off to a crack VW sales team, who "forgot" to tell em that for this particular model VW "VW Care" is not included. This is my last VW lease or purchase. More
