Rick, the repeat AC system failure was not unexpected (on my part anyways). That is why I was going to bring my car back in after driving it. You missed or ignored what to me is the bigger issue: the lack of integrity of the part of your service team. They did not follow up with me and lied on the paperwork emailed to me. I won't be back for that reason alone. There are other Luther VW dealers in the area, as well as other dealers
