I spent $6,566 in the service department and didnt even get a loaner car. The day after picking up my van the low coolant warning light came on and I had to return the van to westside volkswagen again. W get a loaner car. The day after picking up my van the low coolant warning light came on and I had to return the van to westside volkswagen again. When I picked up my van in had less gas in it than when I dropped it off. The original estimate for the repairs was $6,300. Five hours after I dropped off my van on the day before the appointment I recieved a call that the estimate was wrong and it would be about $7,400. More
