it was a really good experience for me. I am grateful for it The service was necessary to repair the non-functional air conditioning in 3 year old VW Golf GTI. After a failed attempt to repair the system by exch The service was necessary to repair the non-functional air conditioning in 3 year old VW Golf GTI. After a failed attempt to repair the system by exchanging a valve that was suspected to have leaked, VW went all out, gave me a good rental car for free and checked out the system in depth over several day. After detecting and repairing a small leak in the compressor, my car was returned to me. Communication (text and brief phone calls) during the repair was very good. More
