Westside informed me, that the transmission gasket had been pinched during reassembly of the engine/transmission on the previous visit, and took complete responsibility. Fixed the problem, and provided a rental (nice new Atlas), free of charge. The Customer Service at Westside VW is beyond compare! More

It's All About ME! I've had easy work done at Luther Westside and on occasion, painful work done on my Jetta (Which I bought at Luther Westside). In every occasion, I've never felt they cut corners, charged me unnecessarily. They've always made the cost insignificant when it needed to be and took the time to explain when there was a need for a greater outlay. If I ever buy new (And I'm a VW guy), I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands to look after for a long long life More
