Certified Warranty is a joke I bought my car with 75k miles with a “Certified Warranty” label on it. So I paid a little more for my car because of that. I came in a month ago beca I bought my car with 75k miles with a “Certified Warranty” label on it. So I paid a little more for my car because of that. I came in a month ago because my battery wasn’t holding a charge. The battery was flat dead and I needed a jump everytime I went to start it. The mechanics come back and say there is nothing wrong with it. So I get charged $50 for a service fee with nothing actually getting done. I get the car back and sure enough within a week, the car won’t start. For 3 weeks I had to get a jump wherever I went to. Finally I got fed up and took it back into the dealership. Turns out the battery is now showing as dead and needs to be replaced. Well that’s not covered under a certified warranty but would be covered if I had bought a new car. Price comes in at $232 and I have to pay that all out of pocket. Turns out your BS warranty isn’t that much of a warranty at all. So for that month I was under the assumption something like that would be covered. I would have just gone and bought a battery replacement and installed on my own if I would have known you guys nickel and dime. I won’t ever buy a vehicle here again (or a Volkswagen for that matter). More

Great experience, exceeded expectation! After a great experience next door at the used car lot for my son we went over to check out the new Arteon. When we got into the dealership I started looking at the Atlas, I was never thrilled with my current SUV but wasn't actively looking for a new vehicle either. I started looking at all the great features such as the Digital Dash and the heated and cooled seating along with the roomy interior. I was approached by Sales Consultant, Maura Broucek and after taking a tour of the Atlas decided to take a test drive. The Atlas handles like a car and has all the creature comforts of a Luxury brand without the high price but has a high towing capacity with cavernous interior room. I had a very specific build in mind if I was going to be persuaded into buying a new SUV so I had her search for it, I also thought I would see what my trade would be worth, not expecting much. Maura found the exact vehicle I was looking for and offered a trade that was above KBB pricing, she managed to get the wheel set that I wanted, switched over towards the end of the day, on a holiday weekend and had the trailer wiring harness installed in time for me to pick my new Atlas up before the end of the business day. Our family has now purchased 3 vehicles from Westside VW and every experience has been flawless. More

Once he knew texting was best for me, we were able to narrow down what I was looking for, preview the inventory of what might fit for me and set up an appointment. The appointment was easier with all the pre banter completed and he showed me the 2 cars that fit my criteria. I was able to drive the one I picked and the process of trading my car in and purchasing the used vehicle was smooth, organized, timely and efficient. Got new tire I went in to get my car checked out because it was not shifting properly, and my tire sensor kept going off. I ended up needing a new tire because of I went in to get my car checked out because it was not shifting properly, and my tire sensor kept going off. I ended up needing a new tire because of a nail, which I waited over an hour and a half for. I was then quoted only for the tire, without labor charges, so my total ended up being $70 more than what I was quoted. Very unhappy with this service. More

Not impressed My car was in for an oil change and a check for an issue with a cold start. I had a 6:30am appointment on Friday morning and I dropped it off Thursday My car was in for an oil change and a check for an issue with a cold start. I had a 6:30am appointment on Friday morning and I dropped it off Thursday, the night before. They could find no trouble with the cold start and I did not hear back from the dealer until late afternoon the following day. When I came to pick up my car, it was not washed. I waited for a wash. Everyone I dealt with was okay, they were just not friendly. More
