find cause of noise in the front of the car they were great - took the time to identify the problem, and to fix it. They did a general check and also noted that the battery was getting older an they were great - took the time to identify the problem, and to fix it. They did a general check and also noted that the battery was getting older and not cranking as well, so we replaced it - just in time for the really cold weather. I doubt that the battery would have held up to the weather we are now having, but due to their attention it is not a problem. More

Easy and smooth buying experience I was interested in getting a TDI Volkswagen after one of my vehicles were totaled. The salesman Bobby did a good job finding what I wanted, and the finance guy Brad didn't pressure me into purchasing any extra packages. Average Sercie I brought my car in for a recall; I also asked the team to look at my key fob (I need to press it 3 times in order for all the doors to open). I was I brought my car in for a recall; I also asked the team to look at my key fob (I need to press it 3 times in order for all the doors to open). I was told the work would take 60-75 minutes. After 60 minutes, Thao came over to say there was another recall (that I wasn't aware of) and it would take an additional 30-45 minutes. It ended up taking 60 minutes. What bothers me is before starting the work, Thao didn't come over to ask me if I could stay an additional 30-45 minutes to complete the work. I did have another appointment scheduled and because the work took an additional 60 minutes, I just made it on time. Also, they changed the batteries in my key fob but it didn't fix the issue. Please do a better job of communicating with customers. More
