Brakes: safely on the road right on time for a snow storm! I text chatted with a service agent on Tuesday about the awful noise coming from my rear brakes. They were able to squeeze me in first thing Wednesday I text chatted with a service agent on Tuesday about the awful noise coming from my rear brakes. They were able to squeeze me in first thing Wednesday morning. I assumed the price they would come back with for a brake job would be astronomical. After getting a quote, I called a few other places I know to be affordable and it was the same price. Westside VW was able to do my brakes that same morning, while they shuttled me to and from the gym, and it came out cheaper than I was quoted. Beyond that, the customer service from every employee was top quality. Thank you! More

The one star reduction was only because with the application for the foreign lease program there more requests from VW finance that were not clear at the beginning. 20K Inspection/Oil change I made an appointment with Dillion. He met me as I drove in. He asked a few questions and I had him replace the front wiper blades.
