Superb service I work in the customer service industry and I know service, but I have never seen a service as great and timely as the service provided to me by VW We I work in the customer service industry and I know service, but I have never seen a service as great and timely as the service provided to me by VW West side. Most specifically I worked with Helton Cerqueira and he went above and beyond to find me the perfect car and to satisfy all of my needs. It felt like he knew what I want before I even verbalize it. He was very proactive and anticipated all of my future needs and was able to address everything. It will be understatement to say that all my expectations were exceeded.
