Great Service and Help I made an appointment because neither I or my husband could open the gas cover while we tried to fill up my tank. I had owned this car for about 1 mo I made an appointment because neither I or my husband could open the gas cover while we tried to fill up my tank. I had owned this car for about 1 month, and never had this happen before. We needed to pry it open to fill the tank. Then I made the appt to check this issue out. At my appt. I was helped by a very patient gentleman who explained to me that if the time between getting out of the car and filling the tank was a bit too long, it automatically locked the entire car including the gas cap. I had owned a 2013 Tiguan for several years, and this issue never happened, so it was new to me. He patiently showed me what to do, and even had me give it a try. Wow!! It opened without needing any repair work. In the mean time, I mentioned that the tire pressure light had just recently come on and were they able to put air into my tires. They immediately began to fill by tires and found that the light was actually on because I had a nail in one of my tires. So, the car was immediately taken to have that repaired. Super!!! More

Great service/great team! I had a great experience this time with Luther Westside. (Had been at Maplewood for 3 earlier leases). Worked with Maura. This is my 4th Jetta lease. I had a great experience this time with Luther Westside. (Had been at Maplewood for 3 earlier leases). Worked with Maura. This is my 4th Jetta lease. Had a bit of anxiety this time due to job situation and health issues. Told her I’d love to have a lower payment. She worked with me and ran numbers and then I realized I was interested in the Tiguan too since the smaller version came so close! I stopped by 3 separate times to test drive and every time I did Maura allowed me to take a spin with a smile on her face. Overall great experience and I ended up w another Jetta at a slightly lower payment. I love the car and feel like I would definitely want to work w her again! More
