Not a stealership? My car is really important to me and I try to take the best care of it that I can for the cheapest that I can. I like to go to the dealership for serv My car is really important to me and I try to take the best care of it that I can for the cheapest that I can. I like to go to the dealership for service because I know they will take high quality care of my car. While they can be expensive, I don't think they are much more expensive than other places. For example, I've gotten info about how much an oil change would be for my car (which takes expensive oil) from other places, but I've found that it's actually cheaper at the dealership. They also have excellent customer service and I fully trust that they will give me accurate and high quality information about what my car actually needs vs what they recommend. The only thing I don't like about this dealership is that they both call and email me afterward about taking their survey every time I go. More

Turned in VW diesel and ended up buying a Tiguan No problem returning our Sportwagen with Leo...super nice fellow. We had thought a Honda CRV was what we wanted to buy next but after driving it and really liking the "orange" color, we ended up buying it off the showroom floor. Gorgeous car with all the bells and whistles in the SEL. More

Incompetent and/or corrupt Went there for a recall item to be replaced. Got talked into an oil change, too. Went home and the car was leaking oil. Took it to Jiffy Lube and they Went there for a recall item to be replaced. Got talked into an oil change, too. Went home and the car was leaking oil. Took it to Jiffy Lube and they told me the Volkswagen technician hadn't screwed the oil cap back on tightly. If I'd returned it to Volkswagen they would have probably told me the problem was gonna cost two grand to fix it. Outrageous. Furthermore, whatever they fixed the last time I was there broke again a week later. Also: every time I'm there they give me a list of needed repairs for my vehicle that would cost thousands of dollars. I never do any of them. With that said, you would think the list would remain unchanged every next time I go in--yet every time the list is DIFFERENT! The problems from the last visit mysteriously fix themselves. Total scam. More

Awesome! I went in for my 40,000 and was told that it would be an 60-90 minutes. My car was done in less than an hour and the price was over $50 less than quot I went in for my 40,000 and was told that it would be an 60-90 minutes.
