There was a time when the customer care in the service department had seemingly gone downhill, but they have addressed the issue from what I can tell. Tao did a GREAT job on my last visit and I will look for him in the future. The one knock against Westside may be their pricing - I have never felt they competed well on price (I have also heard some rumblings about the sales staff on the used side). With that, Westside is my preferred dealer and I would definitely make another purchase from Carole Jean. More
