Awesome Customer Service I had one of those "it's just a light bulb" experiences that turned into a bit more. The unexpected complications turned into an order for parts and a I had one of those "it's just a light bulb" experiences that turned into a bit more. The unexpected complications turned into an order for parts and a return visit. However, it was all handled so well by Dan and the rest of the team it was still a pleasure to do business with WestSide Service! Dan took the time when he was clearly juggling activities to keep a close eye on things, give me frequent updates and even text me the next day when my part had arrived. Once they got into things and found the problem was bigger than expected, the team was flexible and creative in getting me out the door asap with a permanent fix. Please thank Dan and the team for doing a great job and keeping a customer happy! More
