Shop failed to validate my warranty correctly I called to find out if my vehicle was still under warranty. I got transferred 3x and finally was told that it was. Then I received a call back from a manager who told me I was NOT under warranty anymore. This was ridiculous that 3 departments couldn't seem to provide the information I needed and nobody took ownership of helping me. Then, I when I received the information it was wrong. Very disappointing lack of customer service and attention to detail. More

Awesome Experience I bought a used vehicle from an internet add 800 miles from where I live.
