It was a bit terrifying but turned out as good as a situation like that could. Once we got out car into Westside VW I knew everything would work out with the best possible solution. This was the third time I’ve received service from them and have been more than satisfied every time. Their service leads are incredible, very communicative, respond quickly and give incredible details. They have worked with our VW warranty in previous appointments and with our extended warranty provider in this most recent appointment. We basically got an entirely new exhaust system, as well as replacing most of our turbo ignition system on our diesel Jetta and didn’t pay a dime. They even offered a free loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced, we didn’t need the extra car, but it was offered and appreciated. Highly recommend! More

Not the greatest experience I was never called when my car was ready. I had to call several times before I reached my service consultant. Was told I would be called by Tuesday e I was never called when my car was ready. I had to call several times before I reached my service consultant. Was told I would be called by Tuesday evening, but was not able to connect with anyone until Wednesday mid-day. I was also surprised that after having an expensive service done, my car wasn't washed.
