I had an excellent experience with Gervona who helped us choosing a used vehicle. We came to Westside to look specifically at one vehicle which ended up to be too 'used' for me to consider. I asked Gervona to show us used Tiguans and told her how I expected to use the small SUV in a non-winter climate. Gervona listened and only showed us the FWD Tiguans, as there was no need to look at the higher end AWD. We ended up buying the FWD Tiguan. Gervona was also very knowledgable about VWs. This is very important to me, as I will not give the time of day to a salesperson who does not know the products ey are selling. More

Buying a new car is usually a somewhat scary, albeit exciting, experience.
