Not the best communication I asked for an oil change and recall work. I was told the oil change would be 2.5 hours. I had an appointment. They knew what my appointment was for so why they hadn’t checked if they had the parts I don’t know. I asked them to please tell me either way if they were doing the recall as we were waiting. They never told me and I didn’t understand why an oil change would be 2.5 hours. After about 2 hours I asked for an update and was just told it would be ready on time. The car was about 15 minutes late and then they said they had done the recall, the oil change was only an hour (I asked). Just a lot of miscommunication. More
