Recall service on my 2015 VW Golf. Tao took care of my service on my car. He was courteous and made sure I knew what was entailed and how long I might need to wait. I asked if it might be a shorter time and he did ask the workers to try to get it done earlier. They all followed through. I appreciated his voicemail and text that let me know I could pick up the car. He also reminded me of my next oil change which should be in June or July. Not needed until then. I trust the service department at westside to do what is necessary and sufficient to keep my car running well. If something is not quite right, they stand behind their work and make it right at no extra charge to me. They know their business and know various options of how to correct a problem. Even though my vehicle is old, they treat me with respect and they are competent to keep my vehicle running well. They don't waste my time either. I'm in and out for oil changes and simple repairs.
