Worst experience ever I Bought a car on 3/26 paid cash. They were supposed to get the light on dash fixed and new mirror and detail it. They had it 11 Days at Speedway an I Bought a car on 3/26 paid cash. They were supposed to get the light on dash fixed and new mirror and detail it. They had it 11 Days at Speedway and they never got it fixed and it then sat at there shop for a few days and they sent it to Gladstone dodge were it sat for 4 days before they could look at it then it took another 4 days to get it fixed. When we finally got it on the drive home I kept hearing plastic dragging someone had broken the plastic skid plate and it was hanging down. When we picked it up all the Manager and salesman made it a point to not be there so they did not have to talk with us and the car was not detailed liked promised. The light turned out to be a short from the broken mirror they were supposed to replace and had they we would had had the car the next day. They did not keep us updated and we had to call all the time they avoided giving us our money back and they said they were going to do something special for us for it taking so long and the hassle but like everything else they told us that was a lie also They also said they changed the brakes but they did not and spair tire and jack was missing from 30 thousand dollar car Avoid this dealership at all cost full of broken promises More

Friendly and great until they had my money and then all I got was frustration as they passed me around the dealership. They were supposed to fix some dings and a dent. We paid for it. I called to see if it was ready as the dealership is in a different town from me. Voice mail back said yes and we drove there only to hear that it wasn't even on the lot, they'd sent it somewhere else. Another few days and when I called again to pick it up, the body guy said it was in final detail. When we got there, we saw that that was a lie and he was running around the truck trying to touch up all the areas they hadn't even addressed. Everyone there has a promise and an excuse. Three weeks later, I still don't have the keypad number after several calls and the Ford dealer says I get to pay $68 just to find out. I took the truck to get the bedliner sprayed and they showed me the bedside had been replaced even though Carfax says clean. Definitely not a good experience, I would never recommend to anyone, even those I don't like! More

Told him to call me, went home and ate lunch, received the call came back, sighted the paperwork and drove off.. No hassle, no waiting, didn’t want me to fill out a bunch of paperwork prior to haggling cost.. Between Chris and the Sales manager I probably had less than an hours time invested in buying a new car.. The car I bought I had $500 dropped off $ the total financed was almost $2000 under KBB.. Be prepared, know your numbers and u can be in/out quickly More

2011 Nissan Juke I’ve bought numerous vehicles here, even at their old location on 4th st, this purchase hasn’t been the best though. Tino was awesome but the car itself hasn’t been as good as I had anticipated. My error for not looking over the vehicle as good as I had thought but it has numerous key marks, dings, scratches etc, already had to put it back in the shop and even once it was finished they still didn’t do everything we had asked for. Wish we could just get out of this car and get a different one. More
