I HAVE NEVER ENJOYED THE PROCESS OF TRADING/BUYING A CAR BUT JOHN MADE OUR EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP LOOKING FOR ACCESSORIES FOR THE RAV (TOUCH-UP PAINT, A MESH CARGO NET) AND HE SPOTTED ME AND RUSHED TO HELP. I just purchased my 2006 Toyota forerunner Sr5! Mike Davis met me in the showroom minutes before closing. It being so close to closing didn't change the of quality of service I received. My trade value was fair and reasonable, the same can be said about the suv I purchased. Gerry Nellis did an excellent job with the F&I. Paperwork during the closing was flawless and without incident. The total time from start to to finish was extremely fast and painless. There were no last minute changes or "hold on, let me call the bank" moments. I went to Lynch to turn in my leased 2010 RAV4 and in exchange I took a Corolla. Everything done by the end of the day. Went home with a brand new lovely vehicle feeling great. Love that place.
