My purchase from this dealership was fine, as car buying goes. However, every interaction I have had subsequent to the sale has been one fiasco after another. Their repairs department, apparently doesn't know the difference between an "Aux" outlet and a power outlet. I asked that they fix it, I even called twice during the 2 whole days my car was there for a door lock issue, to make sure they addressed this. When I picked up my car they insisted the "aux" was the power outlet, and that it was working fine. The door to the AUX outlet is labeled AUX. hmmmmmm that was hard to figure out. Earlier this year I was stopped by a state trooper who said my vehicle was unregistered. Yes, you guessed it! they put the wrong address on my paperwork for motor vehicle and the renewal never made it to me. 200 dollar ticket later and a lost day at work, all I got from the dealership was a shrug, and a sarcastic comment. No apology..... Needless to say I will not go there again for parts, service, or sales. More
Went to dealership to buy a car late in the day as it was the only time we could get there as they do not have Sunday hours and we were greeted with "we are closing in 15 minutes" and a very reluctant sales the only time we could get there as they do not have Sunday hours and we were greeted with "we are closing in 15 minutes" and a very reluctant sales person to give us our test drive. Hurried through and would not give us bottom line number we requested. Too bad for them:( This experience lost them our business. More
I am a big fan of Toyota's so its nice to have a dealership close by. The saleslady i worked with was named Sarah. She was very nice and didn't come across as a pushy saleslady. I almost felt like i dealership close by. The saleslady i worked with was named Sarah. She was very nice and didn't come across as a pushy saleslady. I almost felt like i was buying a car from a friend. I did have some issues getting financed because I very recently changed my address. But this wasn't the fault of the dealership. They were able to work with the bank around my issue and even gave me a new address sticker for my licence. Highly recommended! More
First it took over a half hour before any sales person helped us. After, asking the front desk again we were helped in 10-15 minutes. After, agreeing on price and 0% interest rate we proceeded to buy helped us. After, asking the front desk again we were helped in 10-15 minutes. After, agreeing on price and 0% interest rate we proceeded to buy the truck. After, 4+ hours waiting for the finance guy, we are told the price would be $1,000 more then agreed. At this point it was almost closing time and my pregnant wife hadn't eaten since breakfast we were pretty much done. We spent 4+ hours for nothing. We found later they hit our credit 7 times that effected our score. Stay far away from this dealership! More
