My 09 Acura broke down right outside the dealership, lost power steering and all the lights came on. Drove right in before the vehicle died right when I parked it! Technician diagnosed as an alternator failu power steering and all the lights came on. Drove right in before the vehicle died right when I parked it! Pros: One of the only dealers that charges MSRP and no hidden fees. I did close at a timely manner once the vehicle arrived, but with some caveats.
