Adam seemed to be more interested in listening to me and what I was looking for then most of the others. He answered all of my questions regarding the particular vehicle I was interested in and encouraged me to call him on his cell if I should have further questions over the weekend. He was very professional and took care of some minor concerns my wife had when we test drove the vehicle. We had the same experience with Phil Dugas, the finance director when we met with him to do the paper work for the purchase of the vehicle. Phil made sure we understood the complexities of the purchase procedure and was very helpful in giving advice regarding the titling of the vehicle in both my name and my daughter's name. Let me take just a moment to tell you that Marques As I have quickly come to learn, all that Lynch Toyota does is done with a touch of class. Let me take just a moment to tell you that Marques Johnson is doing an outstanding job! My wife and I live in Prattville and we so wanted a Toyota dealer closer to us to be our dealer for all the obvious reasons. Our experience there at that dealer was not one of endearment and so our search began. I knew Lynch Toyota had an impressive lineup of Tacoma’s and to top it off, you are a certified dealer working with USAA. We filled out the internet worksheet late in the evening and by 9 AM the next day your dealership made contact with us. We decided to make the drive right after work and arrived at your dealership around 5:30 in the evening. The truck we were interested in was already parked right up front and Marques immediately came out and greeted us before we even made our way inside. And then, when we did go inside, we were very politely greeted by different members of the staff there. Impressive, absolutely impressive! My wife and I feel like we do our homework and we knew what we wanted from the deal. When it came time to discuss numbers, I feel as though Marques dealt with us very honestly and the appraisal on our truck, that we were trading in, met our minimum threshold and so we felt as though the dealership was also treating us fairly honestly as well. What a wonderful experience in this day and age. It was obvious that Marques was empowered to make decisions and did not have to check with the manager as we had experienced elsewhere and we were in and out of there in no time at all….again, absolutely impressive! We asked Marques a number of questions throughout the evening that he professionally answered and he treated us respectfully and we felt as if we’ve known him for some time….which again was not our experience elsewhere. We also worked with Wayne Smith, I think that was his name, finalizing the deal and signing all the paperwork. Another extremely friendly and competent fellow that made our visit with the dealership an outstanding and pleasant experience. Quite honestly, you had already sealed the deal in our minds within the first 5 minutes of our arrival based primarily on your people followed closely by a clean, uncluttered, professional facility. It’s the whole package and your dealership is doing it right. I don’t care that it takes me an hour to get there, you have certainly won my loyalty and I will try to convince anyone I know to visit you as well. Marques continued to work with us after the sale and we were calling him at least once a day this week, even at his home (I had accidentally left my drivers license there). Each and every call was met with the same friendly enthusiasm as the first time we met him…wow! I just can’t say thanks enough for a wonderful experience at an otherwise stressful time. Worth the trip from El Paso, TX After an extensive search in the El Paso, TX area we decided to expand our search for the truck we wanted. We found exactly what we were looking for at Lynch Toyota of Auburn. The salesman, Jay H., called me promptly after my e-mail inquiry. Immediately he made us feel comfortable with the process of making this long distance purchase. The internet pricing was VERY competitive and totally made it worth flying out to pick up the truck. My husband was able to get on a flight the very next morning into Atlanta and the driver from Lynch Toyota was at the airport to pick him up when he landed. The driver was great and my husband enjoyed riding with him back to Auburn. When he got there the truck we were purchasing was under the awning waiting for him and was exactly what we thought it would be based on the pictures and conversations we had with Jay. After a crash course on how to use all of the new technology in the truck and a little fun with the awesome sales staff my husband is on his way back to El Paso and couldn't be happier. We had more stressful experiences just walking around dealerships here than we did buying a truck 1200 miles away.
