Worst Service Ever My wife purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Lynne's in 2012 and was given lifetime oil changes along with the regular Hyndai warranty. In 2014, because we My wife purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Lynne's in 2012 and was given lifetime oil changes along with the regular Hyndai warranty. In 2014, because we missed a regular service, they said that deal was voided and I would have to pay for a full service. Mind you, I drove from Hillsborough for this with a 4 month old and my 90 year old grandfather. I was told that they couldn't perform the service and I'd have to come back at another time. Today, this vehicle failed NJ inspection for and obstructed ODB connector. I was instructed to call the dealer and confirm warranty coverage to ensure it could be addressed. When I called Lynne's, they would not answer my question and instead tried to lure me in and have me pay up front ($120), which would be returned should it be covered (I'm willing to be they'd find a reason for it not to be covered). I wouldn't recommended ever using this dealer for sales, service or anything. The lack of decorum and customer service from this dealer is deplorable. More

Car buying experience I had been at multiple dealers before getting in to lynnes hyundai. What i liked most was they never forced me or played any marketing tactics with me I had been at multiple dealers before getting in to lynnes hyundai. What i liked most was they never forced me or played any marketing tactics with me while buying a car. Unlike others where they will quote you one price and at the time of final negotiation they will change the price. I truly liked my car buying experience with them and I will definitely go to them again for my future buying needs. More

Find another Hyundai Dealer I arrived at this dealership with a price negotiated for a Hyundai Elantra GT (base model w/ Automatic Transmission) . My sales person told me when I I arrived at this dealership with a price negotiated for a Hyundai Elantra GT (base model w/ Automatic Transmission) . My sales person told me when I arrived that Lynnes would meet this price. The manager tried to up-sale me to purchase the GT with the upgraded packages ($4,000 additional). I didn't want or need it. After that they provided me info on the final cost. After looking at the numbers, I explained to the sales person that the numbers were off by $500. He said they were correct...I showed him the mistake and then he said the extra $500 was because of a tax on the $2000 rebate Hyundai was offering with the purchase. I ask to speak the the manager. He changed the story line, yet did not correct the price. We walked out of the dealership and drove away. The manager called a few minutes later and agreed to drop an additional $1000 off of the price. That's the only reason I went back; however, I now regret that decision. Their post sale customer service is horrendous. It took them 29 days to register my vehicle with the DMV and get the license plates to me. I had trust in the Hyundai brand until this experience. If you're going to purchase a Hyundai, do yourself a favor and drive to a different dealer. More
