Really unethical way of doing business. Promised a price and then insisted I finance when I wanted to pay cash. Then kept changing the numbers. Wasted almost 2 days of my time. Ok. I got stuck in the area and I'm from south Jersey. My car simply wouldn't move in drive or reverse. I towed it to the closest dealer. So first there's a diagnosis fee. No problem. But It's $14 Jersey. My car simply wouldn't move in drive or reverse. I towed it to the closest dealer. So first there's a diagnosis fee. No problem. But It's $140? That's a total rip off. Most dealers don't charge that kind of money just to put your car on a lift. Then, they couldn't say for sure what it needed because the axle was bad and so they couldn't test drive it until they fix that first. So I ask how much to fix the drivers side axle on my 03 sonata. He tells me $500. Now that's insane. I think they were looking to take advantage cause they knew I lived over an hour away. That's one place I wouldn't recommend. I ended up towing it back which cost me a pretty penny but I was afraid they would've found some other problems and I'd be paying even more at the end of the day. More
I had a great buying experience at Lynnes Hyundai and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They had the used vehicle I was looking for with the lowest mileage and best would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They had the used vehicle I was looking for with the lowest mileage and best price of anything I had seen. Their dealership was a bit of a ride for me and Sam and Albert were happy to work with me over the phone to guarantee that I would not make a wasted trip. When I arrived at the dealership, Sam was friendly and helpful and even put the truck I was buying up on the lift in the shop so that I could fully examine it. He gave me an excellent price and spent a good deal of time working out all of the details so that I could drive home with my vehicle that same day. Sam even made sure to have the truck freshly detailed and fueled up while we were waiting for registration and insurance documents to come through. The staff at Lynnes is friendly and accommodating and they go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would gladly take the drive to buy from them again. More

I went into the Hyundai dealership and met Jose Maldonado and we was a perfect sales person. He did not pressure me, but was avaible to answer any and all questions and concerns that I addressed with him. and we was a perfect sales person. He worked with me to get the best deal and provided excellent customer service. He is the reason why I choose Lynnes versus the other 8 Hyundai dealerships within a 15 mile radius. More
After a bad experience at Kia Tenefly I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the dealership and their helpfulness. There were a couple of hickups through the paperwork but they were corrected immediately and completly to my satisfaction. First, I must give credit to Lauren who made my fiancé and I feel comfortable enough to come in after such a horrible experience at Hudson Hyundai. She was very welcoming and assured me we would not have to deal with nonsense and insensitivity as first time buyers. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the Car Sales Manager. We then spoke to Lauren who introduced us to Luis aka Lou. HE IS A PHENOMENAL SALESMAN AND PERSON OVERALL! He asked us what we needed and proceeded not to upsell us but work with us. He recommended a few cars and ultimately got us into the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was a little over our price range but he introduced us to Allen (pretty awesome as well) who said he was going to do everything he could. When it was all said and done, we had the payments we wanted and basically a brand new car, less than 3k on it!! I must say, after being a saleswoman myself, this dealership is amazing in every stage of the car buying process. They made us feel so welcomed, they did not pressure us, it was an absolutely AMAZING experience. I don't know about the other salesmen/saleswomen in there, but I will never deal with anyone but Lou again. They have a great team there and I DEFINITELY recommend Lynnes Hyundai (Lou and Allen especially) to anybody looking for helpful people and a great experience. Thanks again Lauren, Lou, and Allen. The salesman Ed Birne was great helping us select the Elantra we bought. He was attentive, professional and made the overall buying experience great. Now to the part where Lynnes Hyundai needs to work on. FINANCE!!! Why it took 2 1/2 hours just to get to the finance manager to complete the leasing deal is beyond me. It was not that busy and if it was going to take that long, they could have informed us and we would have come back later in the afternoon. When we finally were seated to do the contracts it literally took 10 minutes and we found a few errors (monthly payment incorrect, miles on car incorrect). This is the most important part of the process.... and Lynnes came up WAY short...... More professionalism and courtesy is certainly needed. It was probably the worse finance experience we've encountered... It's too bad since the salesman did such a great job. Can I recommend the dealership.... jury is still out... More
