After doing a lot of research, i came across lynnes, they offered me a great deal, on a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. He did everything is his power to make me happy with my brand new car, i didn't get the car i originally wanted, instead a got something better, i highly recommend this dealership, especially dealing with Mr. Albk, and the sales rep, Oscar. thank you guys at lynnes! Purchased a vehicle over the internet from an ad on autotrader - did not visually inspect the vehicle in person prior to purchase and just went off the photos online - BIG MISTAKE. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION!! #1) Was told the vehicle had Panoramic Dual Sunroof - Reality? NO SUNROOF - HARD TOP ROOF #2) Was told the vehicle had Navigation - Reality? NO NAVIGATION #3) Was told the vehicle was fully inspected and required no maintenance or repairs - Reality? i) BALD TIRES - $750 to replace ii) ZERO BRAKES - METAL ON METAL! $800 for new front and rear brakes iii) Air Compressor Clutch Bad - Cost to Replace - $1,400!! #4) Was told the vehicle was fully detailed and "spotless" - Reality? FILTHY! Zero cleaning! Candy stuck all over the seats! And to top it all off, BONE DRY GAS TANK - Not even enough to make it to the nearby gas station before running dry!!! More

Bought a car from them and if it wasn't for my friend, I would've been screwed a lot more. Got one quote over the phone, but about $1700 more when I got there. They don't tell you information you request. Sales girl tried to explain higher price of the car by including taxes, that she didn't want to explain of what tax was it, beside of sales tax. I came from New York, so when I finally took the car home and almost 20 days later my registration was about to expire I had to call them and find out what was the deal with my plates. They charged additional $165, besides $300 that was already paid for registration, explaining this by NY dmv extra fees. I would not recommend anyone to even call them for anything, unless you don't care about being screwed over. More

I worked with Oscar and Socrates to purchase a new car. First time I went in I spoke with Socrates and after speaking with Semos he gave me a final price which he calls it's the lowest they can offer me. I didn't think it was fair so I came back the next day and asked Oscar and after he spoke with Al, they offered me an even lower price. Thinking it was a good deal, I jumped on the deal immediately. Once I got there they added extra package to the final cost and said I cannot take it off because it is already on the car. Believing them, i said fine, so after all the paper work and such, i go out to my car, and there was NO package. They flat out lied to me about the new car. I even asked them I did not want the package, and Oscar said the package was in it already. I am not happy with their honesty at this point already. Days later I go into this dealership and told them how my package wasn't complete, Semos swore that I had it, but when he took a look at it himself, there was none. I must say coming here for a chit chatting is good, but never car purchase or services. It is filled with lies and dishonest people. More

I had some simple questions on the First Car Service of my Hyundai Genesis Coupe and I guess I will settle them at another dealership. This was post sale. Pre sale - I was told that I will get a free tire replacement (costs almost $1500) after 5 years...no conditions/catches...I sign the paperwork and I'm told that there is just one catch..I have to get the servicing done at Lynnes Hyundai always !! I was relocating to upstate new york within a week of buying the car and Mr X very well knew this...But still they lied(dont remember the other guy's name who lured me of this offer)... All in all - an extremely bad experience..Would not recommend. More

I got there and another manager advised me that the truck was sold. ALSO no folllow up call from jim . Thanks for wasting an hour of my time. I buy a lot of cars and i wouldnt buy anything from these clowns. More

Systematically defrauds our military people. I walked out there through a bad neighborhood, trusting that they actually care about the military, but it is just a good old-fashioned "bait and switch" fraud. Shame on you Semos! Semos says that he does not honor his certified offer for the military and that there is nothing we can do about it! If you hate those serving our military, then you will love what Semos does to us! More
