I left my car at Bloomfield nj Subaru. I was given a loaner which I maintained very well. I kept calling for months about my car and because of pandemic I assumed it was backed up. I paid for new 2 new loaner which I maintained very well. I kept calling for months about my car and because of pandemic I assumed it was backed up. I paid for new 2 new rims which only one was given. They stated that I was given a new tire but it's the same tire on there and the side molding panel was missing bolts and is also scratched. The oil leak that the transmission had was fixed. The car was filthy also. It was like a junk car when I came to pick it up. More
I wish there was a zero stars , they scheduled my car for exhaust recall service on Wednesday 6/24/2020 noted that it may take few hours and if not completed by 3 pm it will be next day. Thursday passed with no calls and I failed in getting an answer till the end of the day when service advisor called Back and said still one car ahead of me . Friday after several attempts to call another service advisor said you have 12 cars before you. Saturday morning I have to go back to see what’s wrong with the car and they told me again some lame reason like because of Corona Virus it will not finish except Monday or Tuesday . They’re keeping the car for a week for 2 hours work . Why would they overbook and leaving me without car using taxis. Wort customer service ever. More

Worst Experience Ever. They Will Lie About ANYTHING! Cesar Hurtado and John Shin are untrustworthy. I would not recommend doing business with either of them. I bought a car out of state and for 3 weeks J Cesar Hurtado and John Shin are untrustworthy. I would not recommend doing business with either of them. I bought a car out of state and for 3 weeks John could not confirm if the dealership sent my paperwork to the DMV. Closing in on the 4 week deadline before the temporary tags expired, I kept calling John and Cesar for updates and they ignored almost every call and email. The last time I spoke with John I explained that my tags expire in 4 days and asked if he can confirm they were sent to the DMV. He said he just got off the phone with the DMV but they didn't have the paperwork and urged myself to call the DMV. When I called I listened to a newly updated voice prompt explaining that due to the virus the DMV was changing hours etc. but most importantly, all temporary tags are extended for 60 days. To summarize, John never called the DMV for me otherwise he would have explained I have another 60 days. So, John Shin lies to his customers. Cesar still has not contacted me to this day. I would highly recommend a different Subaru Dealership. More

Avoid This Dealership I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield and it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield and it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had in my life. This was my first car buying experience and how I was treated was astonishing. Pamela DeLorenzo, my sales person, did absolutely nothing to help me. As a first time car buyer, I was lied too, taken advantage of, and disrespected throughout the process. Below is a list of the multiple times I was provided with false information and mistreated. 1. I was told Lo/Jack was part of the car and it could not be removed from the deal after I expressed the fact that I did not want the additional feature, twice. Pamela stated “the Lo/Jack is required because it is part of the car” implying they would not remove it or deactivate it. As a result, she was requiring me to pay an additional $695 on the vehicle. This quote can be confirmed by the person that was with me as we discussed the additional fees that were being added onto the price of the car. 2. Pamela filled out all the paperwork for the Lo/Jack and signed me up for an extended Lo/Jack warranty without telling me. She also did not explain the document that was presented to me or prompt me to read it, simply stating “just sign this for the Lo/Jack” 3. I was drawn to the Forester because I take many trips up to Vermont during the winter as skiing is one of my favorite activities. After discussing this with Pamela she commented that “if my car ever got stolen in Vermont the Lo/Jack would assist in helping the police recover it.” I was not given anything that detailed the areas of coverage however, I was able to find a document online that provided me with that information. This document also informed me that Vermont is NOT covered under Lo/Jack making the feature useless in a location I frequent often. 4. When it came down to finances, I requested a 24 or 36 month finance. After a short time Jordan, the finance manager, informed me that a 24 month payment plan was not an option. I then explained that I preferred 36 months however, I ended up only being offered a 48 month plan that I did not want. 5. I traded in my old vehicle, however the vehicle was in my fathers name. So they informed me they would send him documents to finish the deal and they would send me a check for $500 once they got the documents. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check. 6. After going in and talking to the sales manager, Steve, I was told I’d be able to receive a refund for the Lo/Jack. Again, they told me they would mail out a check for a full refund. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check. 7. I’ve called over 6 times to find out the status of my checks. Talking to the receptionist, Pam, Steve, and Jordan, and every time is the same response, “Let me talk to the accounting department and I’ll give you a call back” and I’ve never been called back. This is just a short list detailing the poor quality of treatment I experienced during the buying process at their establishment. Avoid this dealership as they are dishonest and take advantage of their customers. More
