I have been to many dealerships in my time and by far this was the best experince that my husband and I have ever had. Mike Grecco was so great!!! Joe is the best car salesman I have worked with thus far. I originally bought a car from him at 18 and he got me a fabulous interest rate and deal. But anyway, I am know looking for a new (used) car and am coming back to Lynwood Honda mainly because Joe is so honest and straight-forward about the vehicle selection. This dealership went well beyond what was needed to get us into a car. Having recently moved into the state and no car at all, they very much went above and beyond to make sure we had a car we liked and c us into a car. I went to Lynnwood Honda because I was on DealerRater writing a bad review about another Honda Dealership in the area and I got to reading the Lynnwood Honda reviews and they were really great for the mo writing a bad review about another Honda Dealership in the area and I got to reading the Lynnwood Honda reviews and they were really great for the most part, including the reviews about the Service Department. That was important to me because I wanted to be able to take my car into the Dealership where I purchased it for servicing. Also, while reading the reviews I noticed Mike Grecco had all 5's! I had requested a quote from Lynnwood Honda along with several other Honda Dealerships and Mike was the only one who actually quoted me a price on the specific vehicle I requested. When I went into purchase the vehicle it was extremely smooth. There wasn't a lot of back and forth business. Mike went out of his way to get me the exact car I wanted and didn't try to sell me on a different one just because they had it in stock. I also appreciated that Mike and Gabe?(Sales Manager) showed me the exact pricing on Kelly Blue Book that they were using to base my trade-in on and when I pointed out a discrepancy in what I looked up they were more then willing to offer me a better price. Even after taking delivery of the vehicle Mike has called to see how I am liking my new car and also to follow up to make sure the service department called and made an appointment to install some add-ons. When I come in, he makes sure to greet me and see if I have any questions... which of course I have because the Pilot just has so many fun buttons to play with. Mike has taken the time to explain how to work everything. I would definitely recommend Lynnwood Honda and especially Mike Grecco if you are in the market for a vehicle!! More
I went to Lynnwood Honda under the Costco Auto Program. The sales associate was very prompt in getting in touch with me and staying in contact without pressuring. This is actually our second visit to Lynnwood Honda in a year. Our first experience, when we bought my husband's car, was awesome. We felt like Mike Grecco, the salesman, was very honest and fair. The day after we purchased our 2004 Honda, the battery was dead. Although it was not under a warranty of any kind, they told us to go ahead and bring it back in, and they would look at what was going on with it. It turned out to be a module which they fixed for us, free of charge. When we took it in for service, my husband was totally sold. He loved how he simply took it in for an oil change, and they gave it a car wash. He's in love with Lynnwood Honda. Now...my turn. I need a car. I saw a car at a competitor's dealership (Magic Something, down the street.) The car was severely overpriced, but they were totally convinced that they could sell it for much more than we offered. They gave us a big credit for 2 cars we brought in, but this still did not compensate for the deficit between what they wanted (40% over blue book value) and what we were offering (80% of blue book value PLUS 2 cars that made our offer surpass blue book value.) We choose not to negotiate. We make a fair offer and stand firm. They had our registration for our cars, so although they did not appear to want to even entertain a number in our ballpark, we felt as though we were being held hostage. We asked that they please return our registrations and not waste our time. They insisted they we please wait as they try to see if they could accommodate our offer. It's not hard, either you can, or you can't. In the end, they could not, and kept pressuring us to up our offer. Nope. See you later. They handed us back our registrations. Whoops! We got outside and discovered that one of the registrations did not belong to us. Sort of felt like a breach of someone's privacy! Bad taste. Idea! "Hey, honey, remember that great experience we had at the Honda dealership? How about we go back there and see if they have anything?" My husband LOVED that idea, and we wondered why we hadn't thought of that in the first place! So, today, we went back to the Honda dealership. We saw Mike again. Mike's a great guy. You almost feel like you are buying a car from your Uncle Mike, your mother's much younger brother. He is SO honest. We tell him that we don't want to negotiate. We have an offer. If it's fair, he takes it. No pressure. This is two for two with Mike. I am convinced that we will never buy our cars anywhere else! By the way, you'll never guess who called me while I was standing on the Honda lot, waiting for Mike to come back with keys for our test drive. A sales manager from Magic Something. He now had all kinds of cars and great deals for me. He'll even given me a much more inflated price for my trade-ins. Too late. My husband swears he will never set foot on that lot again. Save yourself some time and grief; just go see Mike Grecco at Lynnwood Honda first. You'll be glad you did, and he will be genuinely delighted to see you. More

She was also just as nice when I returned to the dealership fo questions in a professional manner when I leased my second new car from Lynwood Honda. She was also just as nice when I returned to the dealership for a follow-up concern I had to address a few days later. I would definitely recommend her if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle. More
