Shady financial/sales team. After reviewing my contract, they included warranties and packages without my knowledge. I had been tracking a Camaro 2SS that was going to arrive to this dealer on 11/07/21. I had been negotiating with Jose Vazquez (Internet Sales Manager) the pricing for a few weeks. At the beginning, they had to this dealer on 11/07/21. I had been negotiating with Jose Vazquez (Internet Sales Manager) the pricing for a few weeks. At the beginning, they had listed the price with a dealer markup, but Jose and his manager (Edmund Kakish) agreed to sell me the car at MSRP. A few days later, before the car arrived at the dealer, I called them on the phone to close the deal. I spoke with a different sales guy (Javier) and he told me that Jose was on vacation, I told him I was ready to close the deal at MSRP and he directed me to fill out a pre-approval form on their website and I did. A few minutes later another sales manager calls me on the phone (I think his name was Mike) telling me that I couldn't get the MSRP pricing and that he doesn't know who I had spoken to about this. I explained everything about my e-mail exchanges with Jose Vazquez and he said that he wouldn't give me the MSRP pricing that we had already agreed on. He wanted me to pay around $5K more over sticker. This was a typical case of bait-and-switch. I can't believe how much time I spent talking to these people, getting my finances ready just so that they could try to rip me off into buying this car. I emailed Jose again to ask him what had happened and I never heard back from him, not even to apologize. Absolutely horrible, please do yourself a favor and don't do business with people like this. Btw, if anybody is interested in seeing those e-mails, I'll be more than happy to provide them. More
