"Terrible customer service"

They need to practice what they preach. Calling me at 4:45 pm to let me know my truck is done. I rush over and they close at 5 pm. What kind of customer service is that? Then to top it off my truck is blocked in with the gate unlocked is that suppose to make me feel like my truck is in a secure place. I will Never go to this terrible xxxxen dealer again. If anything happens to my truck i will definitely come after you guys for all the inconvenience you guys caused to me in 1 day.

"Did the bare minimum, didn't complete service"

I brought my vehicle in for several fault codes that were triggered. They were determined to be just problems with one sensor. The service writer told me the sensor was cleaned and it was all ready for pick-up. I picked the car up and immediately upon driving it off the lot, the same error codes all came back no. The techs didn't even bother clearing the faults. I then tried to reach the service writer (Mike Lora), but he didn't answer. I left a voicemail about them failing to clear any of the codes. 2 weeks later, I haven't even heard back from them. To this day I'm still getting the same several error messages every time I start the vehicle.

This was the second time in a row where I received substandard service. The person taking possession of the car promises to have your car ready at a certain time but has not delivered. This has caused us to scramble to rearrange our schedule. Seems like they don’t have enough staff on hand to deliver on their promises.
