I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST TO THIS DEALER. 1st I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST TO THIS DEALER. 1st thing this dealership lure me in by giving me the lowest quote from the internet department a I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST TO THIS DEALER. 1st thing this dealership lure me in by giving me the lowest quote from the internet department among other dealer, that I end up driving across the state to this dealership... once I got there they said that the quote included a $1500 cash back for military and recent graduate that not everyone is qualified... that the final price end up being more expensive that the dealer 2 miles from where I live.. However, the salesman Bob and the customer relation Betty Joe were extremely helpful, polite and really pleasant to work with that I decided not to give such a big deal about it... They also earned my respect. The experience start going down hill once I sit in the finance office. I found out that the dealer quietly sneak in $219 ETCH fee (which basically just an engrave of some serial code on the vehicle in case the car got stolen) on top of agreed priced during paper signing and claimed that it is an added accessory. Added accessory should be part of agreed price not something that is added discretely but dealer refused to take it off. I even have a WRITTEN PROVE OF EMAIL from the quote that the price will only need to add TAX , TITLE AND LICENSE , no additional fee but dealer REFUSE TO HONOR it. I asked to talk to the manager about it, and some guy name Abe showed up with a smart mouth and disrespectful attitude start talking back to me..telling me how the ETCH will bring down the insurance fee. Just an FYI for everyone out there that insurance company do not give a xxxx about it.. I also mentioned that this kind of thing will prevent to come to this place and will not recommend this to anybody I know and he arrogantly said that he is fine about it.. Adding salt to injury, when the finance guy was trying to sell me the extended warranty, he told me all the good things about it plus about how easy it is to cancel ANYTIME... after reading abundance of bad reviews of the 3rd party company who provide the extended warranty, I decided to cancel the next week and he started to telling me different things, that I have to wait 30 days, etc..something that were totally different than his word when he tried to sell it to me. I ended up making a scene in the dealership that the General Manager asked me to come to his room and helped me to cancel it... I felt really bad to the sales people and customer relations who worked hard to gave me a good impression in the beginning but everything went down the drain with the bad attitudes of some personnel, dealer dishonesty and dealer unwillingness to honor what they said.. this dealer claimed to be the biggest in the midwest, but they need to learn how to treat customer better.. I WILL NOT GIVE THIS DEALER ANY OF MY BUSINESS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO COME HERE. This is my worse car buying experience.. When you claimed to be the biggest, your customer service also need to reflect it... I would rather give my business to smaller dealer with better customer service.. (I got 100x better treatments from my local Smart Toyota dealer who also claim to be the biggest and I will keep recommending people to come to this dealer...) More

M'Lady was the first dealer to have just the car I wanted. The salesman Robert went to extra effort to check that the car had the features I wanted before I drove 37 miles to get there. Once I sat down to buy, I found that the initial e-mail I got misled me about the price because it compared two prices but one did not have the $760 destination fee! Then they removed a $1500 college grad discount. Still my insurance company's car-buying service, which directed me to M'Lady, told me later that the final savings was more than customers usually see. Most of the time the dealer was not making the price components clear; later I spent a LOT of time on a spreadsheet trying to reconcile all the different pricing calculations. I also found an error in the tax calculation, whereby I paid tax on something that was already taxed. And then I found trash stuffed in the rear armrest (it was a new car). I wrote up all these issues and others and sent them to the dealer and to the car-buying service. But I was able to get NO price adjustment from the manager Mir, just some unwritten promise of free interior cleaning. I thought that was unfair, so here I rated 'customer service' as 'bad.' Otherwise, Betty Jo and Bryan were helpful and got me the extra coverage I wanted at a fair price. Overall, I'd say go to M'Lady for price, and get the extras you want, but hold their feet to the fire on EVERYTHING that gets added up in the price. Bring your own calculator and check every sum. I think they are pretty shady there. We went in one day to look at the cars. They told me we could get 0% interest for 60 months plus a $750 off incentive. We went back a couple of days later and they said it's .9% but with no incentive. We didn't have the original paper to prove what they said so they just apologized if they misspoke the other night. I just felt like they lied to get us to come back. Also, all the sales people were unprofessional. They were screaming across the show room to one another and all gathered around the TV to watch the World Series. I only bought the car from there because they were so cheap. Otherwise I would have just left and gone to a different Nissan dealership. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them. More

I had been shopping and took a chance and called M'Lady, they had the car I was interested in and at the price I could afford. I know this sounds like a commercial but it's the truth. This was the first time buying a car I didn't feel pressured. When I left I personally said good-by and thank you to Abe, Tazo, Betty Jo and Bryan they did all the work to make this possible. One more note M'Lady has a person "Betty Jo" that takes you through all the purchasing options for your particular vehicle I thought this was awesome. I'm very happy with my XTERRA, right color, right options!!!!!!! More
i love M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL! i went in knowing i was going to buy a nissan. I've always loved the style and safety features. I was greeted by Mike. I told him my situation right away. I am a college student with no credit. he was able to set me up with a college graduate program and i was approved for a brand new car! He was very helpful with explaining the different models and i choose to get a 2011 Nissan Sentra. Once i spoke to Betty Jo i was completely won over by Nissan's service. She was the best. She was very sweet and helpful and i truly felt like she cared about my safety and budget. Tom in financial was very nice and the process went smoothly. From the time i was able to get into my new car to now, the service at M'Lady Nissan is exceptional. My Salesmen, Mike still calls from time to time to make sure im still happy and if he can do anything else for me. I really appreciate how M'Lady cares for their customers as their friends. I want to do all my Business with them for now on. More

And that's great, but what I am really impressed with about my experience, was that I had a lot of fun with Pat and I generally liked him as a human being. I would not say that about any of my other purchases over the years. The people were friendly and professional. They seemed more like a family than a bunch of businessmen. If i didnt live so far from that specific dealership, I would definitely take the car for service there. Thanks for a great experience, Pat! More
