Out of seven dealers,MB actually had the vehicle they advertised that they had.No bait no switch no waiting 8 hours to wear ya down so you’ll agree and anything just to get out,no JC had the van,we test advertised that they had.No bait no switch no waiting 8 hours to wear ya down so you’ll agree and anything just to get out,no JC had the van,we test drove and purchased in about an hour and a half. You go looking for a car to buy. Of course you have no experience and feel uncomfortable. And instead of making the process easier for you the sales person Emmanuel made you feel like an idiot. You go try experience and feel uncomfortable. And instead of making the process easier for you the sales person Emmanuel made you feel like an idiot. You go trying to get the best deal for yourself and for a couple of bucks that you ask for them to take off he treats you like you rude and belittles you. They have to many fees added to the car like dealer fees and processing fees. Don't waste your time. They don't care about the person. There is no good customer service there. More
