Justin & Bill let us look at the vehicles, then gave us the key for the Kia Sorrento that we purchased. We returned within a few days to follow up and ultimately purchase the vehicle. After we purchased the vehicle, Justin was great in following up with making sure how the vehicle was and helping us make the arrangements to fix a minor adjustment in the steering that we were concerned about. We would definitely return to this dealer when or if we are looking for a new vehicle. More

Great experience with the sales department. I had a great experience with Justin Smith. Justin worked well with my family and got us the deal we needed. The service department is impossible to get a hold of. I eventually had to go through Justin to get a hold of someone in the service department. After the work was completed for my car, I went to pick up the my keys at 4:30. The Service department is supposed to close at 5. No one was available to talk to about the work done or give me any paperwork associated with the work done. I had to have one of the salesman get me my keys to pick up my vehicle. That being said. I would recommend this dealer and Justin Smith. Just be careful of the service department. More

I located the dealership through carsforsale.com when I was searching for a specific car. I then did some research and based in large part on the reviews I found here decided to take the one hour trip up was searching for a specific car. I specifically requested Justin because of the very positive reviews. Justin had the car ready to look at and test drive. He was able to answer my questions and was very open about sharing the information on the car, including the car's history and the work done by the dealership. The whole experience was positive and I returned 4 days later to pick up the car. One small issue came up afterwards and Justin helped me out right away. I would not hesitate to recommend MB to anyone looking for a car and I will be sure to check back in with Justin next time I am back in the market for a vehicle. More
