I'm a single mother - for years now I wanted to get another minivan but money of course was an issue. I have always had to balance needs and wants. For months I went into Justin's lot and he was always gracious and kind. There was never any pressure and he always showed us things knowing that we were only "wishing". Three weeks ago Hurricane Sandy hit and our wants turned to into a need since our currect car was covered in Ocean water and salt water damage is not something that can be corrected. With the insurance companies overwhelmed with claims I was waiting two weeks and decided to go ahead and buy first without waiting for my claim to be settled - Justin obtained a loan for me with no money down even though my credit had had some flaws. The entire transaction took about 24 hours - I even picked my car out on their website 1 2 3 and there we were!!! My claim has since been settled - more than my loan I am happy to say!!! and I am happy to have introduced Justin to a possible future client and will continue to refer family and freinds to him for years to come. This is my second time buying a used car here, overall the experience was fantastic, the salesperson, Justin. Who I have dealt with before was an excellent person to deal with. He helped out with trading my car in and actually called me the next day to make sure that the car was ok and we were safe during hurricane sandy.. this is anupdated review,I wrote the first revciew after a pleasant time being ripped off by justin and the mb motorsports family, dont expedct good service from this place this review comes after calling the dealership a few hours after buying the car eight months ago sold me an 05 gmc canyon which had the engione light on about ten minutes after i left the dealer in october right before hurricane sandy, I called that day they told me to bring it in , due to the stoprm they were closed for two weeks in which due to my job i had gone over the 3000 m,ile warranty, turns out the engine light meant i needed a new engine which they offered to take care of half the cost which i felot was a pathetic solution but i acceptted it, the first engine they put in the car was bad, the second engine they put in the car needed a part from the bad engine whuich didnt work. after everything it only took their service department six weeks to replace the engine with a lemon engine and finally a half working engine since then i put almost 2000 dollars into vehicle repairs on my truck. I can guarantee you the beautiful car i traded and got ripped off didnt have a single problem. this place suc ks dont go there, and dont expect good service. the man at the service counter named jim is as useless and doesnt want to deal with customers directly, the owner jesse is the same. I purchased an 05 gmc canyon which ha dhigh mileage, i should have realized the car was a lemon the minute they ke[pt on making sure i signedf the lemon clause thing. aside rom that i am currently getting front brakes brakes done on the car at a cost of over 700 dollars and thats a bargain price four other places wanted nearly 1300 dollars to front brakes due to gmc canyons having a weird brAke setup that year. the whole assembly has to be replaced instead of just pads and rotors. bottom line dont go here if you want good service Like · · 19 minutes ago More

I had been looking for a second vehicle - specifically a pick-up, and had been to several dealerships in Monmouth & Ocean counties. I shopped around the next day and finally returned to MB Motorsports to enquire aqbout the Dodge. The price had been reduced from what was on the windshield, and the vehicle was in great shape for its age. Justin was very pleasant to deal with, and I wound up buying the truck that night.
