Repair and Service Brought my MINI in for tailgate module testing with data being forwarded to the BMW home office. Once data was sent a new tailgate module would be installed. After the module was replaced the car was sent to the body shop for repair . All of the service and repair was handled with the utmost professionalism and I am well pleased with the results. I want to thank Anna from the BMW Regional Office for listening to what happened and taking care of the issue with courtesy and respect.
