Our experience with Mini Cooper of Annapolis was excellent from beginning to end. Sean Peria made us feel at ease through the entire purchase. We dread dealerships normally because of the high sales pressure, but Mini of Annapolis was completely different. We especially liked how it is separate from the BMW dealership. The staff was not pretentious and took time really work with us until we were happy. This was our first experience ordering a car, and it was just what we were looking for. Thanks Sean! More

Mark came out to the lot to greet us and hopped in for a ride. The S was too masculine for me so he suggested I try the other model and it was PERFECT! My husband and I left with a new Mini about 2 hours later. Love love love every minute of the ride. Little kids take a 2nd look. Kids know. Anyway- the dealership was fantastic. Smooth. Courteous. Not overbearing or pushy. Mark explained the little space rocket controls to me patiently. Love the whole experience. My husband plans on getting the sport model next year from Mini Of Annapolis. I shopped for a Mini-Cooper Convertible for one year. I made repeated visits to several dealerships. Mark Mickley took the time to learn my needs and likes/ dislikes, was patient, and most importantly didn't try to "oversell" me. He used this knowledge to customize my tastes and concerns to the best model Mini, and he knew how to make the right deal for me. I went in to get a trade on my Mini and perhaps upgrade to the Countryman or a BMW. The manager called me with the trade, which was very far below my other offers. I mentioned that I was hoping to trade to the Countryman or a BMW. The manager called me with the trade, which was very far below my other offers. I mentioned that I was hoping to trade this car for a Countryman and the manager really couldn't have cared less. He basically made me feel like my 2009 Cooper was a piece of junk. You would think that if a sale were a possibility they would have made more of an effort to discuss my options with me. The entire experience was such a turnoff - I got an excellent trade at a different dealer and will never go back. I will say that the woman who checked me in was very nice and the gentleman that returned my car to me after service was very friendly. More

At first everyone was great but the moment I had a complaint they ignored me. Very unprofessional. In addition, when you walk in there is no one to greet you and find out why you are there, the whol complaint they ignored me. Very unprofessional. Hands down the BEST car buying experience ever. I never thought I would use the phrase "under promise and over deliver" in association with a car dealer but this was exactly our experience with MINI of Ann thought I would use the phrase "under promise and over deliver" in association with a car dealer but this was exactly our experience with MINI of Annapolis. They do not use the old school dishonest and manipulative tactics that most dealers do. They are upfront, honest go out of their way to assist in every way, deliver exactly what they promise....and then some. In addition to the exceptional service, we were delighted to discover that they offered us an even lower price than the one we agreed on prior to placing a special order for the vehicle. Having been majorly been jerked around by other local dealers-Darcars Toyota, Laurel Toyota, Jim Coleman Toyota and Mount Vernon Honda to name some of the worst offenders, I was braced for the usual manipulative dealer tactics. MINI of Annapolis shifted my entire view of car buying from dread and misery to FUN. They put the rest of them to complete shame. Our experience was fantastic. If you are buying a MINI in the DC Metro area, I strongly recommend make your purchase pleasant by heading straight to MINI of Annapolis. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC-something I NEVER thought I'd ever say about a car dealer. More
I actualy drove 2 hours to buy my car from Mini of Annapolis (when there was a Mini dealer closer to home) because I got better service. Otto's Mini in Chadds Ford is about 30 minutes from my house. But everytime I went there, I felt ignored, pushed aside. The minute I stepped into Mini of Annapolis, I knew it would be a better experience. Andrew was kind and attentive, even though his dealership was just as busy as the one in Chadds Ford. Even if he couldn't help right away, he kept checking back with me, offering me beverages, pulling other people in to answer a question for me. I was willing to wait because he made it worth while. I went back four or five times to look at cars, and each time, Andrew was patient and didn't push me. He let me take my time, check each of the cars. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. That's how Ottos made me feel. Ottos just wanted to make sales. Andrew wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase. And I am very satisfied. I love my new Mini Countryman. I waited almost 10 years to buy a Mini Cooper, and Andrew made sure it was the right car for me. More
After evaluating several cars, we were recommended to head over to this dealership. This being our first car buying experience, we were a bit nervous heading into it, however, Andrew was very friendly a head over to this dealership. This being our first car buying experience, we were a bit nervous heading into it, however, Andrew was very friendly and easy-going as he took us out for a test drive going over the features in the car in detail and answering all of our questions. Upon arrival back at the dealership, he continued to patiently work with us, never once pressuring us or rushing us into a purchase. We had all of our questions answered, had found a car that met our rather specific criteria, and they worked with us to attempt to work out the best financing for our needs, as well as to get the car shipped as soon as possible for us. Before we even got home, we received the great news that we had been approved for financing and that they would be getting the car shipped early that week! Upon coming back to pick up the car, Andrew again, answered any questions we had, and Brian worked us through the closing. The process was smooth, fast and comfortable the whole time, again never feeling pressured into anything we didn't want. Overall, I can say, that as a first-time car buyer, I would recommend to anyone who is even remotely interested in a car, to at least head on down and test drive a car. Their experienced staff will help you decide if a Mini is right for you, and whether it is or not, the experience and service you receive will be top notch! (Plus, it doesn't hurt that the cars are ridiculously fun to drive. Happy motoring all!) More
My appointment with MINI Service went great! I was in and out in under 3 hours. Jason and his co-worker took care of me and answered all of my questions. I bought my car in for three things and one of and out in under 3 hours. Jason and his co-worker took care of me and answered all of my questions. I bought my car in for three things and one of the three was for the Dents which I'd purchased a package for when I purchased my car. I bought my car in to have the blue tooth installed and have some marks removed from the paint (that was not embedded). Jason told me and confirmed and showed me how to pair up the pre-existing blue tooth on my car so that I would have hands free access to my cell. This was not shown to me when I purchased the vehicle. Matter of fact I was told that I had to get something installed to make it work so that is why I was there. Jason saved me $1,000.00 in parts and installation cost!!! It took him lest than 3 minutes to pair up my IPhone to the blue tooth of my car! I am so thankful to him that he could help me. I was apprehensive about bringing my car for service because of the previous visit I had back in January 2010 when I came in for an oil change. I had to wait 6 hours for service. The service person was not helpful and was quite annoyed when I asked after three hours of waiting when would my car be ready. She was not very helpful and verging on the side of being rude. I never received a satisfaction survey from that visit. If I had I would have voiced my dissappointment of that service visit. I'm happy to see that the two service reps for MINI are new and very proactive and customer oriented. Both Jason and his co-worker (sorry I don't remember her name) were OUTSTANDING!! They restored my confidence in the MINI Service department. I will continue to bring my MINI there for service. Keep up the Great work and Thanks for everything! Dorothy Moore Laurel, Maryland More
