Erik was great. Our journey started three months ago when we almost bought a mini countryman SE electric. We got cold feet and backed out at the last minute. But we had such a great experience with Erik that we came back later and opted for the S. Erik couldn’t have been nicer. No pressure. No guilt. In fact our whole experience at Mini Fairfield was great. I always thought no one could rival the dealer experience of Audi but I think they’ve met their match! More

I appreciated that Erik was communicative over email, text, and phone. He had things ready for when we visited and accommodated my 80 mile commute to the dealership. Erik and Sue weren't pushy and worked through my case efficiently. The purchase order did have a few errors which slowed things down with my credit but we got it figured out. Joe, the manager helped clear some things up when needed but largely let Erik work with me, which I appreciated. Minimal extra fees and the ones that were required were all explained clearly. More
