This was our two-year check up with our Mini EV. Service department was very thorough and provided a detailed video walking through the service on our car. Initial communication wasn’t very good. No answer when I called, left message & no one returned my call so booked appointment from the app and that worked well. I was told they would need to keep it overnight, 3 days later I sent a message requesting an update and was told they were waiting on a part(would have been nice for someone to contact me to let me know so I could make other transportation arrangements). After that point everything was 5 stars from communication, to the work being done and when they were completed. Pickup was also very easy and smooth. Everything appears very organized with great tech to easily communicate with the customer so not sure what happened with the first 1/2 of the process but they finished on a high note. This was my first service visit so I will update once I have been in a few times to give a fair review of the service department.. More
