Scheduled appointment quickly; completed service quickly I was travelling to Portland and had an issue with a low tire pressure sensor. Upon checking the tire pressure, I found all tires were inflated properly. Fearing it might be a damaged sensor, I called MINI of Portland, and its service department scheduled me for that very afternoon. The service department was able to determine the cause of the tire pressure sensor issue, change the oil in my MINI and recommend fixing another issue I had not realized could be a problem. All was done quickly, on time and in a very professional manner. The cost even came in below the initial estimate. I was quite impressed with the overall service. More

Made an appointment for a few days later, dropped it off in the morning, and by mid afternoon t I had a check engine/engine malfunction light come on.
