When I called & asked them to email a picture showing the smog emission label & what it said - I was actually told "I would have to tell them where it was located" as they didn't know(CA DMV would require this). Also the registration process, handled by a 3rd party via the dealer, was never explained adequately until the very end (made me feel like I might have been the 1st guinea pig). I ended up driving around without proper registration for 6 days before I received the plates. So i suppose if I were a local & bought one off the floor my experience would have been different but they were the only dealer who had the car with a discontinued color that we wanted. More

I really felt valued. It's nice to know that what we liked and disliked was heard. We were not happy at all with the trade in deal. But the value of the Mini we got out weighed everything in the end. My Mini experience could not have been easier. I checked out the Mini website first to get an idea of what I wanted and then went to the dealer to see the cars and immediately settled on the Clubman (Countr out the Mini website first to get an idea of what I wanted and then went to the dealer to see the cars and immediately settled on the Clubman (Countryman was too big; Cooper not quite enough room). Peter made the test drive a lot of fun and he was right... it's like driving a go-cart! The 2 month wait was absolutely worth it to make sure I got exactly what I wanted - first time I ever ordered a car to my specs and not just settled for something that was on the lot. More

We had an awesome experience! Peter and Jan were more than great! The only complaint that I have was the disregard for some additional accessories that I included in my online build that did not make it than great! Peter and Jan were excellent to work with on the purchase of my new MINI. I have been a mini driver for 6 years now; I love the car and I could not imagine going through the process with a better group of p of my new MINI. I have been a mini driver for 6 years now; I love the car and I could not imagine going through the process with a better group of people. Peter and Jan spent over 2 hours with me going through the best option for me , with my specfic neeeds for monthly payments and the service warranty for the MINI. They made what could have been a stressful situation of trying to work within a certain budget, simple, frienddly and worry free. At the end I got exactly what I wanted in the MINI, for the right option for me. ANd I would not have been able to do that without their patience, knowledge and time.
