Mini of Ramsey has always been a great service place. I’m on my 3rd mini cooper! I just brought it in for a bunch of maintenance things and worked with Sean - he was fabulous. Very responsive, helpful, smart, and worked with me perfectly on getting things done. Also, when I picked up my car, I unknowingly and mistakenly dropped the key on the ground and sped off. When I reached my destination, I couldn’t turn the car back on bc I didn’t have the key! I called Mini of Ramsey to see if they could help and not only did they find it, they brought it to me!! Could not be my nicer and accommodating! More

I LOVE Mini Ramsey and all of the staff. I would love to move on from the countryman to a convertible in the next few years, however, I hate some of the features on the newer models. The rib I would love to move on from the countryman to a convertible in the next few years, however, I hate some of the features on the newer models. The ribbon on the steering wheel is ridiculous, I hate that the round headlights were changed, and the fabric and print on the door and above dash is so ugly! I’m holding out for next year when they hopefully get rid of some of the ugly design features. I do love the new fun colors though. More
