Dan did his best to help me with a major transmission problem. He tried very hard to see if the service area could fix other issues but to no avail. Patient, professional, and enthusiastic, Alex Pereira did everything necessary to help me design the MINI that I would be happy with and never made me feel that I was being pushed toward anything I didn't wa everything necessary to help me design the MINI that I would be happy with and never made me feel that I was being pushed toward anything I didn't want or need. Service Manager Mark Mozdziez took time to answer my questions prior to my purchase even though he had no idea who I was and it was near the end of the day when I called him. General Manager Abe Khalifeh also took time to address any concerns I had and helped me make decisions that I would be comfortable with. Bob Filenbaum was yet another individual at MINI of Ramsey who worked to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make the right choices about my purchase. All in all, I can only say good things about my experience with this dealership. More
