Ruby acted very quickly to line me up with a new-used car after my beloved 2006 Mini with 211,000+ miles reached the end of the road. The guys in Service ultimately had to call it. In the age of Covid, looking for a car became a new experience and MINI of Ramsey made it one of the bet experiences I have ever had in over 45 years of new vehicles. Much of the credit goes to our Mot experience and MINI of Ramsey made it one of the bet experiences I have ever had in over 45 years of new vehicles. Much of the credit goes to our Motoring Advisor, Alexandra Pereira, who went above and beyond to assist us with obtaining the best vehicle. In fact she was able to move us into a higher trim level fully loaded and give us a better price than anticipated. From the initial test drive to giving me the giant red bow to present the new MINI to my wife, Alexandra and MINI of Ramsey made the entire process fun. Of course none of that compares to driving our new "British Racing Green Cooper S". More

I stopped by to make an appt at ramsey mini cooper at around 5pm friday for a 10k service. They asked if i would wait an hour because they would do it in an hour. At 1-2 hour i was told it was done.
