Always a wonderful experience. I drive 80 miles to this mini. Everyone is helpful and happy. I am always kept up to date from the moment I leave with videos of my car and texts. Our overall experience w/ Mini of Ramsey has been very good. We do not live nearby so any service is a trek for us. That being said, they are up front about amount of time it will take to service our cars good. We do not live nearby so any service is a trek for us.
